D2D Travels Pvt. Ltd. works out of Gole Diggi Chowk on Begu Road in Sirsa. We arrange tour packages, vehicle hire and complete trip planning, mostly for families and groups travelling out of Haryana and Punjab.
What we actually do
Three things. We put together tour packages with the hotels, the vehicle and the route already sorted out. We hire out cars, tempo travellers and buses with our own drivers. And we handle the parts of a trip people would rather not deal with themselves, such as hotel bookings, permits and air tickets.
Why people come back
Because the number they called the first time still works. Travel goes wrong sometimes: a hotel is not what was promised, a road closes, somebody falls ill. What matters then is whether you can reach a person who is able to fix it. We keep that side of the business deliberately small and answerable.
We also write the whole price down before you travel. Tolls, state taxes, parking and the driver allowance are in the quote. There is no conversation at the end of the trip about what was not included.
The vehicles
We run our own fleet rather than booking whatever is available on the day, which means we can tell you in advance exactly which vehicle is coming and who is driving it. For hill routes that matters more than the badge on the bonnet, and our drivers know those roads.
